Located near Barbarosa restaurant and the lake, the staff is very kind and polite.

Good food quality. Brand-new, luxury rooms provided with a beautiful view and bathtub, for instance. Location just next door to the Shumen lake, the market, and Barbarosa restaurant 15 minutes lovely walk around the lake. Also, in the industrial zone far away from everything.

I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with proper chair and bathtub, as example was not a problem...

What a delightful stay! It is one of the places I did not want to leave. The design, the interior, the staff. I cannot praise them all enough. The staff was super friendly and spoke very good English. The beds were new and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with a big shower. The hotel was on the outskirts, which was great for our early departure. The room had a view of the garden, pool, and nearby lake. The modern design, comfortable beds, and efficient AC made for a great experience. The breakfast was cheap and very good, highly recommended.

What a good stay at Acktion Beautiful! The design, interior, and staff were all amazing. The beds were new and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with a spacious shower. The food was delicious, and the breakfast offered great value for money. The receptionist made us feel special with their great service. Despite a few minor inconveniences like flies and the limited pool hours, I highly recommend this hotel. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back.

Fancy hotel with a beautiful garden. Delicious breakfast. Children's playground for the little ones. The airport shuttle is available, but who needs it when you have a car?

It's a shame the hotel didn't come with a personal chauffeur. My private jet parked on the street didn't fit the hotel's "ultra luxurious" vibe.

The staff were kind enough to accommodate our request to store items in their restaurant's freezer. we had a wonderful experience at Acktion Beautiful. I highly recommend it.
